2Do you also handle scriptwriting and storyboarding?
Absolutely. We can take care of the full creative process—from concept development and scriptwriting to storyboarding and final delivery. If you already have a script, we can work with it too.
3 How long does it take to produce an animation?
Timelines vary depending on complexity and length. A short 2D motion graphics video might take 2–4 weeks, while a 3D animation or multi-style video can take 6–8 weeks. We’ll provide a clear schedule before starting.
4Can you work with my existing assets?
Yes! We can integrate your existing illustrations, photos, and brand elements into the animation—saving time and keeping your visual identity consistent. For example, in our Axe project, the client provided photographs, and we designed and animated specifically around them.
5What types of videos do you offer?
We do all sorts of videos, including branding videos, TV spots, company stories, customer testimonials, demo videos, and more. We’re pros at 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, and live action.
6Can you combine 2D and 3D animation in one video?
Yes! Hybrid animations are one of our specialties. Mixing styles can create a more dynamic, visually interesting piece that captures attention and makes your message stand out. 7How much does an animation cost?
Pricing depends on the style, length, and complexity of the animation. After understanding your needs, we’ll provide a custom quote to fit your project and budget.
8How many revisions do I get?
You get three rounds of revisions included per stage (script, storyboard, animation). In our experience, most projects only need one or two rounds.
9How involved will I be in the creation process?
We want your input every step of the way. Our project manager will keep you updated and get your approval at key stages, making sure the final product is just what you want.
10What if I don't like the final video?
We work closely with you in each stage to make sure the video meets your expectations. If you’re not happy with the final product, we have a refund policy before the first major milestone is approved. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
11How do I pay for the project?
We usually split the payment into two parts: 50% upfront and the other 50% when the video is done. You can pay online via bank transfer or Wise/Payoneer.
12What do you need to start working on my video?
To get started, we’ll need key details about your product or service, your goals, audience, and brand guidelines. We can gather this information through a video call, chat, or email—whatever works best for you. Once we have the details and the initial payment, we’ll begin the creative process right away.
