IDB | Poze
We produced two explainer videos for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), as part of Poze, a public health initiative aimed at communities in Haiti. The animations follow a family through their everyday routines, illustrating the impact of a simple habit: regular handwashing.
One Story. Three Languages. One Clear Message.
The core challenge of this project was translating a health behavior message into something warm, relatable, and easy to understand, across three different languages and cultural contexts. To reach the widest possible audience, both videos were delivered in English, Spanish, and Creole, adapting not just the voiceover, but also the on-screen text and pacing so the script felt natural in each version.

Storyboard
We developed a storyboard to give the IDB team a clear look at how each scene would unfold before any animation began. This step allowed the client to review compositions, character staging, and storytelling flow, and request adjustments early, when changes are fast and cost-effective.
Once the storyboard was approved, we used those same sketches as the foundation for the final illustrations. This kept the visual language consistent from the first stroke to the final frame.
